We are looking for someone with background in any of the following: Information Technology / Computer Science, Data Analytics or Graphic Communication.

Requirements / Qualifications

This position is a fully remote role.

  • Applicant must be living in Ghana
  • Applicant may possess good Web Development skills in PHP and/or Laravel Framework, SQL Databases, JavaScript / VueJS, Git
  • Applicant may possess good Data Analytics skills in Excel, Power Query, PowerBI and SQL Databases
  • Applicant may have good knowledge in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and also Video Editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or related tools
  • The ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas is essential.
  • The ability to come up with engaging and original content that captures the audience's attention is crucial.
  • The ability to devise strategies aimed at enhancing engagement on our social media platforms.

Core Responsibilities

Based on the background, a successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Web Development team to analyse requirements, design and draw conceptual system architectures/frameworks and develop certain components of web applications.
  • Assisting the Data Analytics team to extract, transform and load data from relevant sources, come up with ideas and strategies to design and visualize data (dashboards).
  • Designing graphics for various marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website design
  • Creating and editing videos for marketing campaigns
  • Creating and implementing social media marketing strategies to drive engagement and growth.
  • Conducting research on trending Information Technologies to keep the company up-to-date with the latest trends and developments
