JOB OVERVIEW

As a Power BI Developer Intern, you will collaborate with our data analytics team to design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business intelligence and data visualization while contributing to meaningful projects that drive business outcomes.

Requirements / Qualifications

This position is a fully remote role.

  • Applicant must be living in Ghana
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI and an understanding of data visualization principles.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

Based on the background, a successful applicant will:

  • Assist in designing and developing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
  • Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to create insightful visualizations.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and define data reporting needs.
  • Optimize Power BI dashboards for performance and usability.
  • Perform data validation and ensure the accuracy of visualized data.
  • Learn and implement advanced Power BI features, including DAX and Power Query.
  • Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas and solutions to data challenges.
